The road around 2km of college radius is absolute garbage. If you bring a bike here then you probably have to change your soccer once every 3 months. There's literally nothing to look for inside 1.5 km of college radius.

If you are looking for a hill view college then it's a great choice. It is far from town and have nothing around with in 5 kms radius but it is a good college. And now there is a talk going for converting it into a semi govt college due to corruption by the principal,the rulling party and other senior officials

The Lovely Professional University gives direct admission to the students scoring equal to or more than 85 percent in JEE Mains. However, those having scored less than 85 percent appeared for LPUNEST - the entrance cum scholarship exam of LPU. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck
